From Marketing Leader to AI Builder
I've spent 15+ years leading marketing teams at BBC, Eventbrite, Gett, and most recently as Head of Product Marketing at VEED, an AI video platform with over 30 million users. I launched Karshare, a disruptive peer-to-peer car sharing platform, and have worked with early-stage climate AI companies. I'm also trained as an executive coach.
At VEED, I launched AI features to millions of people. I watched what made teams adopt new tools and what made them resist. Real transformation is messy and human. It's rarely about the technology itself.
In 2023, I co-founded Earth AI, the world's first climate-focused AI hackathon, bringing together builders to create solutions that actually matter.
AI adoption isn't a technical challenge. It's a behaviour change challenge.
Most adoption problems aren't technical. Teams lack basic capability with the tools. They need time to practice but rarely get it. The pace of change makes it hard to keep up and stay inspired. They don't have protected space to learn together as a team. And there's a fundamental trust gap: people don't trust the AI outputs, don't trust their own judgment about what's good enough, and don't trust that investing time will pay off.
I have an MSc in Behaviour Change. That training showed me something important: lasting change requires working on mindset alongside skillset. My workshops teach prompts, yes. But they also tackle fear, resistance, and the cultural barriers that actually keep teams stuck.
